Aligning capabilities, processes, and tools to exceed our customers’ requirements and build more agile solutions and services is critical to our success. Therefore, we have established a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that is assimilated throughout the organization. This QMS, C-PAL, is a result of our experience and lessons learned in software engineering and in implementing emerging technologies and service models. The C-PAL digital portal contains policies, procedures, templates, checklists, and guidelines that enable us to benchmark processes across industry sectors.
C-HIT is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction through quantitative management and optimization strategies. We achieve continuous improvements in our IT products and services by developing, documenting, and maintaining an uncompromising focus on quality management. The key enablers of our management maturity include practices that are assessed at Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 5 for both Development and Services; certified to International Organization for Standardization ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and ISO 9001:2015 standards; and compliant with the Department of Defense Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). Through these frameworks, we enable customers to fully exploit technology for business transformation, leveraging the service and delivery model to achieve higher quality, rapid time-to-market, and cost-effective solutions.
