A Silver Level partner with Scaled Agile, Inc., we optimize and enhance our SAFe practices throughout C-HIT to deliver sustained excellence and value to our customers. Leveraging SAFe, CMMI Level 5, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and ISO 9001:2015 principles, our PMO manages day-to-day activities to ensure that programs and projects meet our clients’ project requirements and goals.

C-HIT’s PMO works in partnership with our Quality Management Office (QMO) to:
  • Report project progress to executive management,
  • Analyze customer feedback,
  • Foster strategic decision making, and
  • Implement any necessary process improvement.
For our clients, this delivery model assures:
  • Highly trained project personnel,
  • Comprehensively documented goals, objectives, and milestones, and
  • On-time, within budget project performance.
