Integrating scope, schedule, and cost of a program or project to identify significant drivers, forecast costs, and optimize program performance to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional value.
During program start-up, it is essential to develop an integrated baseline by time phasing budget for defined contractual work scope according to the approved statement of work (SOW). Over the course of the program, performance must be continuously forecasted and measured against the established baselines set with customers. As work is performed and measured, the corresponding budget value is “earned” based on status from a resourced, baselined Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

C-HIT is compliant with all 32 guidelines as defined in the Electronic Industry Alliance’s 748-C Standard for Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). We utilize a suite of tools, from Deltek and Microsoft, to support our EVM capability. Using Agile and DevOps methodologies, C-HIT ensures compliance while providing our customers with the greatest overall value and flexibility to meet and exceed their mission critical needs.
