C-HIT Reinforces Commitment to Quality with Multiple ISO Certifications
Chags Health Information Technology, LLC (C-HIT), a Maryland-based systems integrator, announced that it has seamlessly transitioned from ISO/IEC 20001:2011 to ISO/IEC 20001:2018 certification. C-HIT also has recertified successfully under ISO 9001:2015.

According to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission, the ISO/IEC 20001:2018 standard addresses the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to fulfill agreed upon service requirements for external/internal customers. Similarly, ISO 9001:2015 scope demonstrates C-HIT’s ability to consistently provide products and/or solutions and services that meet customer expectations and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. C-HIT has been able to successfully achieve these certifications based on its CMMI Service and Development Maturity Level 5 deployments.

“Adopting and sustaining a process approach helps our employees understand what is needed to meet customer demands proactively. It also gives them the confidence to deliver based on past performance and best practices that have evolved within the organization,” said Manoj Chaganti, C-HIT Co-Founder and COO. “Together, we continue to strive for excellence in everything we do and focus on achieving what is unique, unexpected, and above and beyond the norm.”
