Chags Health Information Technology, LLC (C-HIT), a Maryland-based systems integrator, has been
awarded an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for information technology (IT)
consulting and technical services for the state of Maryland. With this award, C-HIT becomes one of the
prequalified vendors selected by the Department of Information Technology (DoIT) for providing IT
services to Maryland under the Consulting and Technical Services+ (CATS+) contract.
The objective of this Master Contract, effective April 22, 2013, through April 21, 2028, is to enable State
government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through
CATS+, the State will have a flexible means of obtaining IT resources quickly, efficiently, and cost
effectively by issuing task orders specific to its needs. “C-HIT is honored to have received this contract

Functional areas that C-HIT is prequalified to support include Enterprise Service Provider; Web and
Internet Services; Electronic Document Management; Software Engineering; Systems/Facilities
Management and Maintenance; Information System Security; IT Management Consulting Services;
Business Process Consulting Services; and Documentation/Technical Writing.
