C-HIT Appoints Yuri Radams as Chief Transformation Officer and Executive Vice President of
Growth
COLUMBIA, Md., June 8, 2020 – C-HIT is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Yuri Radams to
its leadership team as Chief Transformation Officer and Executive Vice President of Growth. Dr.
Radams is a seasoned C-level Health IT executive, business strategist, solutions architect,
technologist, and delivery manager with more than 25 years of experience in business and
technology transformation, government contracting, information systems management, and business
operations.

As Chief Transformation Officer, Dr. Radams will lead transformation initiatives, including
digitalization, automation, and integration of new business processes and technologies. He will
also establish and oversee a formal technology management framework for the C-HIT Enterprise
Transformation Practice Center (ETPC). As the EVP of Growth, he will lead strategic planning and
organizational growth initiatives focused on agency and service sector expansion.
Over the last 15 years of supporting various federal and state government initiatives, Dr.
Radams received multiple awards, including the Collaboration Cup Award for his role in the
rescue efforts of HealthCare.gov during the implementation of provisions of the Patient
Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the Tap Award for implementation of the Medicare
Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act (MAPD/MMA) for the U.S. Department of
Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). His previous
engagements included Executive Vice President at Signature Consulting Group, Chief of Staff and
Senior Vice President at Optum, Chief Information Officer at QSSI, and Chief Technology Officer
and Director at CGI Federal Healthcare Organization, to name a few.
