Bringing more than 30 years’ experience in strategy and business development, Vik provides direction and leadership for corporate proposal and capture strategy development in support of C-HIT’s growth and evolution. His broad background encompasses business transformation, strategic planning, process improvement, business development, marketing, and capture/proposal management in the information technology, applied engineering, consumer products, and government contracting environments.

Prior to joining C-HIT, Vik worked for CNSI, where he established and led the BD, proposal, and marketing functions that directly contributed to the company’s rapid revenue and infrastructure growth. As Senior Vice President from 2014-2019, he oversaw capture strategy and proposal operations and supported CNSI’s sales process. Vik has also operated his own management consulting firm for providing advisory and thought leadership services to businesses seeking market expansion in the U.S. and international government sectors.

Vik earned his MBA in Business Strategy from Tulane University in New Orleans and a Bachelor of Engineering from India’s prestigious Delhi College of Engineering in New Delhi.

Vik lives in Rockville with his wife, daughter, and a Coton de Tulear puppy. He is passionate about music composition, guitar, performance cars, and motorcycles–essentially, anything that is fast and loud, whether it be on wheels or comes with “strings” attached.
