The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Best-in-Class (BIC) contract provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. Through the Small Business contract is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside contract (FAR 19.502) with the ability to do Socio-Economic Set-Asides (FAR 19.8 - FAR 19.15) at the task order level. The contract is comprised of a community of contractors who have undergone rigorous pool qualification to ensure competency including past experience, past performance, and certifications.
