CMS Selects C-HIT to provide Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) Integrator services
Columbia, MD – Chags Health Information Technology, LLC (C-HIT), a Maryland-based systems
integrator, has been awarded a contract by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to
provide Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) Integrator services as part of the Center for
Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight’s (CCIIO) ongoing efforts in support of the Federally
Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) continuing operations. C-HIT has been selected to maintain the online
MLMS service, currently housed on the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform, that enables online
registration, training, and testing for Agents, Brokers, Assisters, and Center for Program Integrity
(CPI) users and contractor groups.
