Leigh Ann leads C-HIT’s proposal team, working collaboratively within the organization to ensure visibility and priority for all proposal efforts. Her primary focus is to provide oversight of the entire proposal process, while effectively engaging the capture and business development teams to establish a winning proposal strategy.
Prior to joining C-HIT, Leigh Ann served as Vice President of Corporate Proposal Operations at CNSI, a leading provider of health IT solutions for state and federal government agencies. During her tenure, the company grew from a small 8(a) firm to a large business that successfully competed against larger, more established companies in the Medicaid and Health IT markets.
When not dictated by proposal deadlines, Leigh Ann spends her rare moments of leisure with family, walking her dog, reading a good book, or riding her horse.
