Joseph (Joe) Kostakis drives C-HIT’s strategic business and growth solutions for all of C-HIT’s markets. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in leading large, complex initiatives, spanning systems and software engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT service management for federal customers.
Prior to coming to C-HIT, Joe served as an Executive Director for Customer Value Partners and was responsible for growing their CMS and Health portfolio. He previously served as a Program Director for GDIT, where he governed large federal accounts and highly complex program initiatives for CMS and other Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) customers.
Joe earned an MBA from Duke University and an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University’s Whiting School of Engineering. He received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the Washington University in St. Louis and his BA in Mathematics from the College of Wooster in Ohio.
In his spare time, Joe coaches girls soccer at the Greater Loch Raven Recreation Council and volunteers at the Strand Theater.
