Charles Lall
Senior Vice President, Program Delivery and Quality Initiatives
A strategic planner and visionary who leads by example, Charles is dedicated to building and improving C-HIT’s client experience. He oversees program delivery, along with the Project Management Office and Quality Management Office. Charles leads high-performing, cross-functional teams throughout our various health IT initiatives, directing C-HIT’s project teams and mentoring team members for becoming leaders.
Charles brings extensive experience delivering successful outcomes for various Directorates of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). His oversight, expertise, strategic planning, and commitment to continuous improvement on these initiatives have consistently resulted in exemplary performance and customer service – all within budget.
On weekends, Charles enjoys spending time at his beach house in Ocean City, MD. When he is not at the beach, Charles enjoys showing off his koi pond, dancing, and playing with his miniature trains.
