Yuri Radams, PhD
Chief Transformation Officer and Executive Vice President of Growth
Yuri is a seasoned C-level Health IT executive, business strategist, solutions architect, technologist, and delivery manager with more than 25 years of experience in business and technology transformation, government contracting, information systems management, and business operations.

As CTO, he serves as the key orchestrator of C-HIT’s strategic business transformation initiatives, including digitalization, automation, and integration of business processes and technologies by establishing and overseeing a formal technology management framework for the C-HIT Enterprise Transformation Practice Center (ETPC). As the EVP of Growth, he oversees the business development organization, leading strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives focused on agency and service sector expansion.

Over the last 15 years of supporting various federal and state government initiatives, Yuri received multiple awards, including the Collaboration Cup Award for the rescue efforts of the during the implementation of provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the Tap Award for implementation of the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act (MAPD/MMA) for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Yuri’s interests include travel, motorcycles, sports, movies, music, and visiting beaches. He is an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and the Brazilian national soccer team. He spends the rest of his free time with his family and his dog.
